Laughter Yoga with Chris Belanger

Every morning in parks & businesses throughout India, and now the world, thousands of people gather for one purpose… to share laughter. Science and the experience of millions have proven that, real or fake, LAUGHTER REALLY IS THE BEST MEDICINE. This global phenomenon has now reached Warwick. 

Through simple and playful “exercises” that promote laughter you will: pump up your energy level, elevate your mood, boost your immune system, increase your heart rate, oxygenate the blood & lungs, reduce stress, and invite more joy & happiness into your life.

Come experience Laughter Yoga for yourself. Laughter Yoga can be done sitting or standing. There is no need for special clothing or equipment. A flexible mind is the only flexibility needed!

Chris Belanger, RYT received his Laughter Yoga Leader certification through the American School of Laughter Yoga. Chris is also a Kripalu Yoga teacher and a Lakshmi Voelker Chair Yoga instructor.
