As many of you are aware, Matt is a very busy therapist….Due to this fact, he often can’t get to the phone as quickly as many of you would like. (Working 12 hours a day 6 days per week has a price…)Therefore, we have a new system in place to ease the telephone backlog for him...You can now book your own appointment online and the system will give you access to Matt’s schedule to do so. He in turn will be updated and you will be able to get a reminder sent by the system so there’s never an excuse for a missed appointment again!! We are very excited to offer this new service, PLEASE, feel free to use it whenever you feel you want to schedule...oh, and the phone still works too…. |

Other information about the appointment book…
This is a free service. You are joining Matt’s appointment book. There is no solicitation for the use of this service AND NO FEE TO YOU. If you choose to get reminders by SMS (“short message service” on your cell phone) I am paying the charge...not you..Again this is a free service to use. The system will only allow you to see appointments of your own, no information is shared with any company other than me. Your account shows you all the appointments you booked with me, my contact information and my fees. It will confirm your appointment by text message or email at a time you choose...And it will only give you appointments that are open and available for the services that I do. The system also text messages and emails me an update to ALL my calendars so I know right after you book your appointment. You will not receive spam mail as a result of using this program… Hope that clears up all the concerns, but if you’re afraid, talk with me!-Matt |
