My goal for our little yogis is that they always feel comfortable in their bodies, that they know how strong and magical they are, and that they feel our class is a safe, respectful place for them to be exactly who they are...when that all falls into place- "yoga" happens! Whether your child has tried one class, signed on for the whole session, or found us somewhere in between, I hope that they have felt all those things and more!

Developing a regular yoga practice for children has more benefits that you can imagine and there is no age too young! There are several regular classes available for children and families and drop ins are always welcome.
